D12-100 Download?

My D12-100 will keep resetting and try to download software but it will reset by itself and download again when it gets around 5% it would reset and start over and so on. it has been running 0X1215 for the last few months. the frimware watcher is showing that version as the NR. it shouldn't be downloading anything! is anyone having this same issue??

Weird situation. Is it still doing it? I would do a reset through the menu and see if that helps.

i can't do a reset. it keeps downloading and resetting and starting over

Unplug it and let it sit for a minute or 2 then plug it back in and see what happens

it worked for 10 mins and did it again

You said it worked for 10 minutes. That's when you should have tried a reset. Can you try again? If it still won't take, then it sounds like it's time for a call to Directv. Don't even bother telling them the whole story, just say it's dead and won't power up at all. Otherwise they will take you through the entire "is it plugged in, is the blue light on?" etc, etc.
