D9225 Powervu receiver issue

IM using a D9225 PowerVu Satellite receiver, i have a locked signal, audio but no video.Im also using a system converter, but still on the screen "audio service only".. what seems to be the problem?
But when i use other satellite receiver i can view the program, both are DVB-S/ mpeg-2 encryption.

You're authorized to view those programs? PowerVu needs authorization and if you have audio but no video that could be why

Just to add a word: Powerview needs authorization on EACH receiver.
