This is an issue that's been going on 3 years and although there is a workaround (on demand), I wonder if Dish even knows about this issue.
I have an Onn 4k streaming device. If I go to any of my recorded shows, where there are more than three recordings of a series, I cannot move back past the 3rd show on my Onn 4k streaming -or- on my Google streaming device. I can on a web browser login (Chrome), and I can on the DA app for my Pixel phone but not on the Onn or Google streamers.
Can someone who has an Onn or google streamer try this please?
Launch DA on either of those streamers, find a series your have more than 4 recorded shows for.
Press and hold the select button so you can choose "DVR" (what you only see recorded). (if you don't you'll see on demand too)
Use the left/right arrow keys to see if you can move back past the third recorded show.
When I try it, my directional buttons stop altogether and I have to press the back button to get out.
I'd appreciate knowing, if anyone tries this, if you were on an ONN or Google (or FireTV) device.
