I have two antenna's with dual legacy LNBF's feeding an SW64. I have a signal splitter feeding a 622. After running check switch both 119 & 110 birds are detected. However I'm only seeing even tranponders on 119. Is my concept correct?

boba is right. You need to run a second line from the receiver to the SW64. Remove the DPP seperator (your signal splitter) connect both sat lines to the inputs Sat 1 & 2.
