DC Area - HD Locals - PM Audio Drops

I am having this odd problem with my audio dropping out during the prime time shows on my local HD channels.
For the past two Mondays, I have been watching WUSA 9 (CBS) from 6pm to 8pm without any problems. After 8pm rolls around I start dropping audio. Picture looks fine. By the middle of 'How I Met Your Mother' I am using the very crappy SD version.

I have the HR20-700


Is this a known problem?
Happening for anyone else in the DC Area?

I am having the same problem in Missoula, MT. I have a HR20-700 that I got the other day to replace a HR20-100. I have the problem with ESPN/ESPN2/TBS/ and the 1 local channel (PBS) I get OTA.
