Dealing With Dirt!!! :)

Cudo's to Satellite Guys (dfergie) and the Dish Network 'DIRT' Team, especially MaryB who helped us yesterday with our malfunctioning 211K. We private messaged for a bit and then MaryB called and we tried various things to try to get it to turn on.

But alas, all was for naught as the receiver just acted dumb and went dead on us. MaryB set up the shipment for the replacement unit and also established our 'Snowbird' account at our camp in North Carolina.

The replacement receiver has already shipped and should be here soon. Ah, that word again, huh folks? No charge and should be ready to go when received and the added external DVR should be ready to go as well.

Again, Thanks for the great customer service experience.

I also have to thank the DIRT team. They have helped me take care of things that would have taken hours on the phone. Things such as Dish saying I had a leased receiver when it was an owned receiver. Dish sending out an incorrect replacement receiver. Thanks for all your help DIRT!
