DECA Question

I will have the DECA connected to the switch in a few days. One of my receivers is close to the router. Would it be ok to run a wire to that receiver and then a wire from the router to the DECA at the switch?

My understanding is if I have an ethernet cable in the back of one of my receivers, it disables the DECA for that receiver only. The rest would still work fine with the DECA connected to switch.

It will mess with the MRV and disable the DECA in that receiver.

The DECA at the switch will grab IP addresses off the router for all the receivers in the cloud. There wouldn't be any need to connect a DECA enabled box individually to ethernet.
