Delphi xm2go question

Hope someone can help. I seemed to have inherited one of these units and am having difficulty trying to get it to communicate with my vehicle radio. Have selected the fm frequency to communicate on but not such how to set up the xm2go. If this is not a good forum to ask this question please advise. Many thanks for any assistance.
