Sorry for the misstatement. I have a
Sadoun KUL2

DUAL OUTPUT DIGITAL STANDARD Linear KU 0.4 dB LNBF.

If I change the LNB to single from universal my signal drops to 0%. One of the numbers for lat and long is a negative number. Do I need to tell the diamond that the number is negative? Thanks

Have you tried hooking your reciever directly to your LNB (not through your motor)? Are you sure your cable(s) are good? You should be seeing some signal strength with a good cable unless there are other issues....you won't get any signal quality until your setup is correct and you are aimed properly at an active transponder.

Are you in the U.S of A? If so you will need to setup up your longitude as either negative.....or "West", whichever the menu will accept.

"Negative" is West, enter your Long(with out the minus) and select west.
Just because the Signal drops, doesn't mean its wrong.
Be sure to have a Live(active) TP selected when setting up.

1 - Install hardware - check
2 - Configure receiver - in progress
3 - Align Dish - next

Hello. Ok I have set the diamond to LNB Standard, 10750, UsaL has lat and lon settings. What is next? How do I find an active TP? It is set to 97 w Galaxy 25.
Thanks
