AT&T will screw it up with their own behavior.

This box is just a front end for the current DTV Now service they have, which already has routine outages and feels like an unfinished product. So I'd argue they already are.

Streaming is still so far off the reliability of satellite, if it went away tomorrow I'd go back to cable.

Who all is wanting in on the LEO broadband service? I heard of others wanting to do this as well with plans I thought with some major players involved. I think it's the future of internet, cell phone and tv services.

I see everything going to fiber before low earth satellites

I still have my big dish, and there is still a lot of stuff up there, but not everything. Some channels stream or fiber. That is the future.
