Did dish turn up power?

I have a EA. setup, signal as always been mid 40s to mid 50s on 61.5 & 72 but lately I am seeing mid 60s to even 70, did dish turn up the power on these sats?

I'm in Los Angeles and on the Eastern Arc. I still get the low 27-33's at best.

Why in the hell would they put you on EAstern Arc dish on the West coast? Your locals are one or more of the west coast sats: 110/119/129. It is a wonder you get any signal at all for eastern arc satellites.

I don't think 'they' did anything. I think 'he' did it. He can't get LOS to 129 so he is trying to get HD from the Eastern sats.....
