Internet on GSM is like putting mustard on chocolate ice cream.
A few will be happy with it but most will get annoyed. It was OK for me back when few people were using it but as time passed, we found a much better way, which is EVDO. Plus, it works when the system gets overloaded with usage. By the very nature of how the internet works, when GSM gets overloaded with users, error correction begins to shut things down to a crawl for everyone.
