Did Time Change Affect My Updates Schedule?

For the past few mornings -- since the weekend time change -- my updates (Found by pressing MENU - PREFERENCES 8 - UPDATES 5 on my 625) have been ocurring at 5:30am. I have the time set and enabled for 4:30am, because I typically don't watch or DVR anything during the 4am hour. Has anyone else experienced this? This morning, I changed this to the default -- 3am. However, are DVR events affected if its recording during the time an update is scheduled? Or vice versa, does the update not occur if at the same time as a DVR recording?
