Difference between 129 and 61.5?

I am pointed at 129 and I was wondering what is the difference between both satellites. I was also wondering if 61.5 has ppv hd or not. Thanks for any help.

No difference at all with respect to national HD programming. The two satellites will differ as to local channels, RSNs, and some public interest channels.

Yeah...my HD locals are on 129 and my HD RSN's are on 61.5. Another smart move by Dish.

129 has More HD PPV . The 61.5 only has 5 HD PPV,But with Eastern Arc setup you can get all the HD PPV that the 129 has off the 72.5 or 77.( Don't really remember or care), The 129 also has around 8 different HD RSNs that the 61.5 doesn't have.
And last but not least 129 and 61.5 have different locals.
