Different signal levels on different transpondors from same sat

Why would the signal levels be so different from transponders off the same sat. Ex on 72.7 I get low 40s on TPs 1 and 13, but upper 20s on 32. If it is the same sat then why would the reception be so different?

Those are extremely low signal strengths on the 72.7 sat. You might need a re-point and peaking of your dish. I am getting between 60 - 70 on all of the transponder except one low transponder at 46. It used to be in the 60s too, till recently. But I am getting different signal strengths on many of the transponders on all 3 satellites; 61.5 /72.7/77 .
