There are employees of Dish that work in the technical unit using this forum. I understand why they are not replying being an employee of the company. So Dish tech. dept. are you going to revert back to the previous guide? Response not expected as you are an employee but there are just to many complaints.
I don't use the Plus box so I don't have the problem(yet). But if you are serious about telling Dish your issues here are 2 other official Dish places.
