Digital Phone Out

Can someone tell me why the digital phone went offline today and how long it will be before the lines get active again? Thanks

I recall a problem months back when BH reset their servers and mine went down. Had a fast busy signal. I called the 411(?) repair line and they reset my modem and all was fine. As far as I know I haven't had any other issues. Don't wait. Use your cell or a friend's phone to report it. Unless something else is going on, in your area, they will get it back in minutes. They will keep you on the line until all is back too.
