Is Dish Network planning to add any Digital station by Feb 2009 in any city/state?

Digital station are the "digital" station channels by the main local station (for example 3.2, 3.3, 3.4)

A few have been added, but only those that carry one of the 4 major networks.

You meant to say subchannels. 3.2 is a subchannel of channel 3, etc.
