Direct tv dish can't get channel 450 ~ 454

I want to share direct tv with my friend. I got an old direct tv dish, it has "California Amplifier, direct tv para todos" printed on the LNB. PN: 150517. My friend gave me one on his receiver, it's activated. He's been using it fine. I can get 101 satelite, and watch all those local channels and some movie channels from 537 to 545 (showtime), but I can't get 450 to 454, those are chinese channels. That's the main point I want to share with my friend. My friend can watch those channels. I found that my friend can get satellite 101 and 119, but I can only get 101, when I try to test signal on 119, it says wrong satellite. Is it because of the dish?
