Direct TV HDTV installation problem

I'm having problem installing Direct TV with HDTV. I can get the 110 Satellite fine but I can't seem to get it to see the 119 satellite. There is absolutely no signal on 119. Therefore I can't get my HDTV signal. HELP! I install it exactly the way the manual show me with all the info given to me by my Sumsung HDTV 360 box. I don't know what else to do, could there be a problem with my transponder? I got this from Best Buy and their installer won't be out for another week or longer.

Do you have line of sight for 119? Do you get a signal on 101? Is your mast plumb? Have you gone into the receiver menu and selected oval 3 sat selection for the dish? Need more information before I can help.
