Direct TV Mexico

As a number of people have noted, Direct TV is moving satellites or otherwise changing their signal so that those of us in Mexico that receive the signal are not getting all of the channels. I have heard that the problem can be solved by installing a second dish which would be pointed at the new satellite. Can anyone confirm this procedure? Can anyone give me a hint about where to point this second dish? How big does this second dish have to be? Does anyone have a recommendation for anyone to do this work in La Paz Mexico????
