What channels does Directv have in 4K?

No 4K channels in the traditional sense, such at ESPN, TBS, etc. They have two dedicated 4K channels which show various programs. From directv.com:

Channel 104
Watch a variety of documentaries, travel shows, original series, and more all in stunning 4K resolution.

Channel 106
The Best 4K Entertainment Experience Available. Get Original shows, hit movies on demand, and the most live sports in 4K – only on DIRECTV.

I have a 4K Directv ready TV. Does using that have all the features of a regular box?

And in the future it must be an HR54 or HS17 Genie with a reverse band lnb. That's for when the 4k channels are linear channels.

Has "D" indicated what future programming is projected for channel 104? For instance, for the past 2 months they have shown episodes 1 and 7 of season 7 of River Monsters. Approximately 20 times each of just those two episodes.

You forgot the 4K pay-per-view channel 105 and the 4K on-demand.
