DirecTV Adds Total Christian Television

Total Christian Television Network was added to DirecTV Inc.’s lineup.

The 24-hour Christian television network will be part of the direct-broadcast satellite provider’s “DirecTV Total Choice Family” package when it launches in mid-April.

It's been on DirecTV channel 377 every since PBS You stopped broadcasting. From the programming I've sampled, they're about as hysterical and kooky as you'd expect. On a positive note, they at least put on the facade of being more interested in your soul than your pocketbook.

No nerve touched here. I just feel that there are way too many of these religious oriented channels. I wouldn't mind as much if they added a religious channel that perhaps followed a religion other than Christianity, however it would still get blocked on all of my receivers

It ticks me off that they have room to add this channel but not some of the premium multiplex channels that D* doesn't have. HBO-Comedy would be a more welcome addition to the channel line up then this one IMHO.
