What are the best primary and secondary zip codes to use for 48044 to get 4.3 and 38.4?

If you use Westlaco, TX, you will see listings for those two channels, maybe more BUT they do not match affiliates so the guide data will be wrong. I use the same DMA to force MeTV onto my guide because it's missing on mine. Zip is 78596.

Interesting ..... I had the same issue, it wasn't picking up all the channels it should, some but not all, I swapped out the USB cable and all was good with mine.
