I'm on my home network and when I go to try to watch live TV it tells me I'm not subscribed no matter what channel I pick even if I pick one I know we have.

What causes that?
 
Mine works fine. Have you tried deleting app then download again?
 
Make sure your receiver is connected to the Internet. I was having an issue fees ago (not same message) and found out my receiver dropped Internet connect. I fix that and now it works great.

It's connected fine as VOD works just fine. YouTube works fine too.
