Upgraded to genie reciever last week and having problems. Picture freezes all the time and and when all three of our tvs our on it crashes and we have to reboot reciever. Tech. came out and replaced the reciever. Didn't fix problem. Tech. thinks the cable to our reciever is bad and he's coming tomorrow to replace it. If the cable is bad why did our old recievers work with it. Anyone else having problems similar to mine with the genie?

to Satelliteguys Bob58116!It does sound like a wiring issue since it's affecting all of your tvs. Check with us after the tech does his work tomorrow and tell us how it went.
