DirecTV Installation I'M LIVID!

Just an update incase anyone cares.

Dish Network came out to do my install.

He ran some wire into the existing hole in my attic (Like I pointed out to the DTV guy) Then he climbed up a ladder into the attic (but didnt actually get into the attic) took an extention pole (like I suggested to the DTV guy) grabbed the wire, pulled it to him, and ran it down the existing hole where my jack was (the hole was next to the attic access) Whole thing took him maybe 15 minutes to do, and he didnt actually have to get into the attic. (I have loose insullation and he was trying his hardest not to have to deal with it, he did state that there would have been no chage had he of needed to get in there)

I ended up having to have 2 dishes installed due to the angle of my patio.

He wired both TVs and got me all setup.

got my first bill No chage for installation.

meanwhile DirecTV lost out on a customer due to a crooked installer. They've since called once to find out if my installation was complete, after explaining the story I merely got a "thanks, have a nice day"
 
That really is sad. D* needs to straighten out their installation experience. Its one of their weakest links.
