No way Apple would allow ATT to customize the Apple TV.

My concern is that those of us who can't get ATT internet or ATT mobile coverage will get shorted. Like no data charges/caps when used with ATT internet but the rest of us have to deal with our ISP data caps.

Throw in gigabit 5G in rural areas and that no way turns into DirecTV shutting down. Give it 5 years. Better internet is coming rural areas.
