I just switched from Dish to Directv and I was wondering if Direct had an online chat help like Dish does? I would use the chat every once in awhile and ask about promotions and free ppv coupons and almost all of the time I would be able to get something out of it. I think in 2 or 3 years doing it I have gotten over 30 free ppv coupons with Dish. Does Direct have anything like this?
