Added protection plan to D* Sat account and cancelled online. They kept billing for several months even after trying to cancel each month online and getting confirmation emails. Finally called customer service and they refunded one month!
Now that ST is gone, will likely be paying the ETF and leaving. D* needs some serious upgrades to their hardware and better customer service!
