I had Directv installed the other day and I wanted an HD Dvr and three additional HD tvs hooked up. When they showed up they were going to install an HR24 one other HD receiver and two SD receivers. I said I didn't want it so they ended up installing 3 HD receivers plus the HD DVR for a whole home dvr setup. From there website it looks like they don't offer this setup anymore and was wondering why not?

Basically I am asking why doesn't Directv give there costumers the option on their website to install a single HR24 with 3 HD receivers and Whole Home DVR service (watch recorded shows on all my receivers)? Since they obviously could give that to there customers because that is what I ended up with. On their website it said the HR24 would only allow one remote viewing but the HR34 would allow 3.
