Dish/Directv Question

I want to get Dish or Directv in my house and am having trouble finding info. I want the basic package but i need a 4 room system and one room in HD. Can someone tell me how much this will cost.

Directv 99.00 for the HD free for the other rec.
Basic programming 44.99 and HD for 9.99

Dish no cost for equipment
49.99 for HD and basic programming
