dish family/ 3 abn?

My 3 ABN has gone missing from my dish FAMILY package is this on my end or theirs?

I have dish family using 2 dishes to receive all the channels and for the last year all was fine. We lost power and when it returned 3 abn was gone it is still listed on the guide.........

I can see it now at channel 9710. It's on 129, maybe you're not receiving 129 right now?

mine isn't set up for 129

they have mine set up to receive 110, 119 and 61.5

its also on 61.5

I would try a reset. press and hold down the power button on the receiver until the lite goes out. let it cycle through
