Dish identification

Can anyone give me some information on what this dish might be? At 9' I'd think it's C-Band, but I've never seen one like it.

i've never seen something like this either, but looks interesting! Looks like it's in great condition, so for $80 I'd say it's worth a shot. The big question is who takes it down from the roof (if it's really 9ft and fiberglass it's not lightweight)
