I was told all international channels including TVJAPAN is on the Anik 118.7 satellite.

No, and when it was, it was only on the Hawaii spotbeam, not CONUS, although the guide info still showed up on CONUS, which was annoying since I couldn't actually receive the channel on that channel number.

I have a few ideas to attach the Dish LNB to my FTA Dish, and motor the dish over to the location I need it too.

You'll probably just want to stick with the dedicated Dish 500 Plus, the receiver is going to need to "see" 110 or 119 (I forget which one) along with 118.7 at most times to keep its guide updated and its authorization. I don't think it will like just "seeing" 119/118.7 when you have your movable dish over that way.

Just checked for curiosity, per "The List" its in HD on 118.7 on transponder 32.

I saw that too, I'm looking forward to watching TVJAPAN in HD, maybe this weekend.
