Dish Network 322 satellite receiver

I am having trouble with this receiver the 322 model. I am getting no singal on either tv. The yellow light is lit up for tv one and the bluelight is lit up for tv 2, even though the coax on the back of tv 2 is unplugged. Heres my hook up. 1. Coax in sat 1 and sat 2 that goes to a splitter sat 1 from receiver to sat 1 on splitter same for sat 2. one coax off that splitter goes to input that one goes to another splitter into sat. vhf/uhf goes back to receiver(on 2nd splitter) to chan. 21-69. 2ndsplitter goes in/out to another splitter one coax goes to vhf/uhf to 2ndtv andonecoax goes to sat than to out side. Another cable goes from receiver chan. 3-4 directly to tv one. Hope i explained well enough. Please help. Thanks

no signal or no picture?you obviously dont have a picture on tv2 if the coax is unplugged.what do you see on the screens?who hooked it up?
