In all seriousness, it will still get there. The USPS will catch the error and manually correct it.

I don't know if the facility still exists, but here in Dayton they have an "office" that people sit in looking at computer screens of mail that is addressed incorrectly or is illegible. These people many code the proper address after looking it up and their system slaps an address label/sticker on the piece (remotely).
 
I have to agree. Arbitration would seem to me to be the more equitable, cost-effective, taxpayer-friendly solution to disputes of this nature rather than tying up the courts, wasting taxpayer money, feeding the pig lawyers, and leaving your fate in the hands of people who weren't smart enough to get out of jury duty. ;)
