Dish Network / Echostar owns Hughes.

They know once Star Link is finally full speed, Hughes is headed for the end.

So, throw a hail mary and try to stop it with a ******** lawsuit like this.

Starlink saved us. Couldn't work from home, couldn't steam. Had Viasat, Hughes, and lastly a really bad ATT Fixed Wireless signal. Had 25dl from Hughes with a 50GB limit. Now I have 150-200dl with a soft 1 TB cap. At the very least, Hughes and Viasat could give more data, or get creative about different free times. Between more fiber rollouts and Starlink, everyone has seen this coming. Might as well be in the fax machine business at this point.

Too late. The FCC has already given the green light for 3500 generation 2 satellites.
Back in December they gave conditional approval to launch 7,500 satellites instead of the 30, 000 requested. Is that what you mean or has there been some other action?
