DISH Network Now Broadcasts PAX Locals in West Palm Beach and Miami Featuring Marlins

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 2004--EchoStar Communications Corporation (Nasdaq:DISH) announced that its DISH Network(TM) now broadcasts PAX Ch. 35 (WPXM) to Miami DISH Network customers and PAX Ch. 67 (WPXP) to West Palm Beach, Fla., DISH Network customer. Both channels will feature 55 select Marlins games throughout the season.

PAX Channels 35 and 67 feature programming which includes extensive coverage of local Marlins baseball games. PAX Channels 35 and 67 have been added to the local channels package.

25 (WPBF), CBS Ch. 12 (WPEC), NBC Ch. 5 (WPTV), FOX Ch. 29
(WFLX), IND Ch. 61 (WFGC), PBS Ch. 42 (WXEL), UPN Ch. 34
(WTVX) and PAX Ch. 67 (WPXP).

CBS Ch. 4 (WFOR), FOX Ch. 7 (WSVN), NBC Ch. 6 (WTVJ), IND Ch.
22 (WDLP), PBS Chs. 17 and 2 (WLRN/WPBT), Telefutura Ch. 69
(WAMI), Telemundo Ch. 51 (WSCV), Univision Ch. 23 (WLTV), UPN
Ch. 33 (WBFS) and the WB Ch. 39 (WBZL).
