How can I sign up for DishOnline if I bundle? The sign up page requires a 16 digit account # which I do not have... thanks.

You still have a rcvr number which you can use. Or you can call dish support and get the account number from dish. You do have a dish acct number. You just don't see it. But I would suggest using your receiver number. Press menu-menu and is the second line. It starts with R00 or R01. And may be able to use the SC number which starts with S19 or S23(if you have a new rcvr using a different chip)
