How about we move all the public interest channels to the two Super Dish Sats.
Direct TV does not have these channels all on there mains.
D* better have PIs on each of their satellites. It's the law!
There is a bit of a lag before PI channels are required, since the number of required channels is based on the average number of channels offered in the past year on that satellite. EVENTUALLY 121 and 105 will also be required to have PI channels, based on the number of channels on each of those birds.
Plus in addition to the replacement of the two lost E* PI channels the channel count at 110 may force them to add an additional PI channel. 194~ SD channels on 119, 252~ SD's on 110. That's nine channels PI at 119 and eleven at 110. They currently have nine at 119 and eight (after losing StarNet) at 110. E* need to add THREE PI channels at 110. (As soon as those channel counts become "average".)
BTW: The channel counts at 61.5/148 still require 6 PI channels each, losing SafetyNet they need one more now.

[Channel totals given, 194 and 252 respectively, are based on SD channels only and the average number of channels on each spot beam.]
