I only ask because I'm considering Dish in the future. And I'm not happy about their missing HD channels.

Future? Who knows what carrier will have what HD in the future. If your not happy now about DISH and don't even subscribe I don't see you being happy later either because they will lose and gain channels all the time.

Since Comcast bought Time Warner Cable, maybe Disney is looking to buy DISH so they can charge Comcast more for their channels
