Dish Remote Access not up to date

Dish Remote Access sets the old channel numbers for RETRO (365 vs 379) and INDIE (363 vs 378). This means you will not get the descriptions on those recordings, just the reference to the new channel. Since I am setting timers beyond number 96, I cannot modify them without deleting them nor modify them.

Well you used to be able to set more than 96 hours and it would stay. Now it is truncated back and I'll have to find those I had set. -K

Both Dish and Sling engineering are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. It most likely has to do with the shared channel numbers for HD Lil.

For example, our CT CBS station (WFSB) shares 5181 on the 61.5 satellite with 7 other HD Lils. In DRA, the channel info displayed is for the first channel shown in The List!, CBS 12(attached). Our ABC affiliate (WTNH) shares 5180 with 7 other HD Lils. In DRA, the channel info displayed is for the first channel shown in The List!, ABC 25.

Maybe somehow they can incorporate the stations call letters in their criteria....
