Dish site list HD movie channels that I'm not receiving

Was just on the Dish site and they list The Movie Channel Extra (328) & The Sundance Channel (332) in HD. I am not able to view either of these channels in HD. I did do a reboot, but still these channels are not there in HD. What's up w/that? This is true on both of our receivers - 622 and 211k.

In this case the CSR was 100% correct. Those channels are NOT in HD on DISH Network, so indeed the DISH Website is WRONG.

For some unknown reason the Dish website has not been accurate on a few packages like what is in Dish America. One would think they would be fast with corrections.

nah, it entices people to sign up and then they are under contract and have to settle

I have confirmed this as well. I have also submitted a request to have this updated as soon as possible. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

Maybe you can have the Dish America pages corrected as well.
