I'm a NASA Astrophysicist so I learn about new things and curiosity kills. Believe me, if I didn't comment, I wouldn't have learned something new.Ah....so you're one of those "bees don't bite they sting" people. I was making a comment in jest. Good NIGHT!!
A LOT of towns in the South have a street named Peach.....very few in the north do.
Near me in North-Central Indiana, there is a Peach Road, Peach Trail, Peachtree Lane, and Peachstone Drive. Twenty miles to the east is the nearest Peach Street. Likewise, there are a number of Peach St in Southwest Michigan, too.OH, how I wish I had a snappy rejoinder for that! Or are Yankees now a protected class?![]()
I thought retailers were dead to moons ago. but every so often one pops up!!! Since charlie's so cheap i thought he was installing em himselfHuh, I'd have thought they'd killed off the last of the distribution years ago. With subscribership in reverse and little now to distribute, what's even the point?

Man oh man....was HE lost. I seriously doubt there is a Peach St. in the entire state of MN.
How about that. I looked it up on Google Maps and it is about 400 ft long. BUT....a street IS a street, I stand corrected. I bet it was called that due to someone moving there from the Southeast back in the day. My Grandfather's family moved to FL from NE in the 1920s and he said he had never tasted a peach until they moved here....he was explaining to me how modern modes of transportation had made it possible to eat fresh produce throughout the year that in the past was impossible. Here is one

That's why I mentioned FRESH produce in my post. Big difference between canned and fresh when it comes to things like peaches. Personally, I can't even begin to eat a canned peach....nothing but sugar. They were canning peaches in 1819...
But what year was the can opener invented? They were canning peaches in 1819...
Freeze-dried peaches are to die for. Have my freeze dryer loaded with fresh Colorado peaches right nowThat's why I mentioned FRESH produce in my post. We're an authorized DirecTV retailer and all of our equipment comes from DSI. There are still a lot of DirecTV retailers out there.I thought dish had everything in house already like direct does
Nope, still a bunch of us out there. We're authorized retailers for both Dish and DirecTV.I thought retailers were dead to moons ago...

Blame me....I'm the one who mentioned a town named DuluthOf all the rabbit holes threads have gone down over the years, I didn't see peaches, canning of peaches and streets named peach on my bingo card.
