is it possible to use a Direct tv LNB and feed arm (non swm) with a dish-net turbo oval dish?

simple answer-no
longer answer-the new styles are not interchangeable
The only ones that you could use are the old old old Directv single & dual LNB's....they are considered Legacy in Dish's mind (and would use SW21's)
