Dish VIP 722k OTA issue

When I scan one of my local channels into my tv set, all three sub channels work correctly with good signal, but when I scan the same channel into my Dish receiver with OTA module, it scans two sub channels correctly, but the third is just a duplicate of the first, even though the channel name scans correctly. Can I do anything about this?

Likely not. It never was very good with either mapping ch's or getting good signals on them
