DishAnywhere options grayed out

Does anyone know why the HOME, GUIDE and DVR buttons are grayed out on my DishAnywhere? The only two that work are ONDEMAND and MORE.

I'm using a Galaxy S8 phone. They stopped working about 2 months ago.

I don't think so. The ondemand screen has a Live TV button and I can watch a random channel that way.

Have you rebooted both your receiver and your router?

What model receiver?

I have H3 and both it and the phone have been rebooted. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.
