I'm not Digiblur, but I can tell you that yes the activity is normal with the exception of the HD NBA channels added to 61.5°. The league and alternate sports channels move around every day. This is because they aren't "real" channels. They are mirrors of the SKDL and HDSKD channels in the 5000 range. Every day the 400 and 500 range alternate and leage channels are realigned so that the proper feed is mirrored to the proper channel.

I beleive Digi is working on a way for the automated program to distinguish between the daily sports moves and "real" moves.

See ya
Tony

I'm out of town this weekend and on the road right now but I'm working on putting in some tweaks to cut out the daily activity without missing the "real" activity if something happens with these channels.

I need to look at what is going with this map down stuff too flipping back and forth. Not sure if this is actually happening or a "blooper".

Unlike many services, the DiSH Network SDT is 100% accurate. After all that is what the receivers use to determine availability. :)

Besides one cannot see all Tps from any one location. :D

Nope.
I can point you many times they have errors, problems.
Your mistake is dish receivers does not take ALL elements from SDT.

For the purposes of the uplink reports, the NIT and SDT are all that are necessary. The individual PMTs on the Transponders are of no use except for the receivers, FTA or hacking. That is, if a channel is in a PMT and not in the NIT and SDT, the channel is of no use to the DiSH Network receiver. It is not the same as posting to Lyngsat. It is not a mistake since we do not deal with blackouts and temporary off-air situations. We couldn't care less about software versions(and content), EPG content and encryption algorythms for the purpose of the report(s).

The fact that such things as all the "big four" Baltimore HD locals are up there are not part of the uplink reports because the DiSH Network receiver cannot use them without NIT and SDT entries. In fact, a blind scan receiver cannot even find them since there are no PMT entries. BTW: The 1080i ones are only 1440, but that is still more horizontal than the 1280 of a 720p signal.

Yeah, it is my "mistake". :hungry:
