Regarding LIN agreement...

It looks like KRQE (13) in Albuquerque is now available:

6325(13) - KRQE [MPEG4 HD] - EchoStar5 129W TP 02 ConUS beam changed to Available

Does this mean that I'll be able to tune in to this channel when I get home this afternoon? This would be great if we finally have CBS in HD.

Apparently so. From their web site:

Not anymore. KRQE's HD signal is available on DISH Network starting in mid-March 2008.

I have DirecTV HD service - do I need anything else to watch KRQE-HD?
A UHF antenna that will connect to the ANT input of your DirecTV receiver.

If you can not get KRQE HD through your DirecTV receiver please call Customer Service at DirecTV. There is no problems with KRQE's HD signal.

Wow LIN owns Ch 4 (CBS affiliate) in Buffalo.

This is big as D* does NOT have an agreement with them.
The only HD Buffalo local not carried by D. If I were E I would capitilize on this.

What is odd is that they already have these LiL HD on 110 spots and now they are duping them on 61.5. Dallas is already a 129 market with good signal on 129 for national HD (center of country gets 129 without issues).

You must have a magic LNBF or something. In Dallas w/ my original Dish 1000, 129 is okay on a very clear today. If it starts even just misting however, 129 will drop out like crazy.

We just want Chiller. We'll take SD until HD is available. Don't know if NBC Uni even has a scheduled launch date for the HD version.

Don't be so exited ! Digi reporting changes in System Tables, not that real UP/DOWNLINK information.

It's the best thing I've seen in regards to Cleveland HD locals since I was promised HD LiLs by End of the Year 2006 (when I signed up for E* back in July '06).... Let me enjoy this moment.

This just rocks... Thanks LIN and Dishnet for restoring CBSHD access... Ncis and Survivor are the only CBS shows I have kept up with consistantly since losing CBSHD-W Dec 1st, 06 ... back to watching HIMYM, 2.5, Csi Miami ( not a year removed as on A&E) Csi, Csi NY(catching a few on SpikeHD)...:up

I get the Dallas HD locals on 110 s31. I dont think any Dallas locals are on 129...
